Welcome wee Stevie the spaniel pup to Gary’s Pro Pets group walk. She fitted in great considering not having any real socialisation yet. I have been training Stevie and working with the owners and as she is just a young pup has lots to learn therefore although on a group walk it has been all controlled to avoid any reactivity in later life.

Nice to welcome wee Stanley to Gary’s Pro Pets. Fitted in fantastic with his new buddies.

It’s been great working with Paul & Dawn and wee Pippa the Romanian rescue. I have been working with them to help overcome Pippa’s anxiety issues around strangers. Although Pippa might never completely get away from being anxious around others there are ways to help reduce it. We have made brilliant progress over the weeks to the point, that Pippa was comfortable with me walking into her home, lead on and out into the van for a nice walk. Paul and Dawn are continuing to work with her going forward and can see the benefits and the excellent progress they are making and it’s nice to see Pippa become more relaxed. Time and perseverance is key.
