๐Ÿ“ข IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE ๐Ÿ“ข

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, Iโ€™ve had to make the difficult decision to update my cancellation policy.

From now on:

๐Ÿพ Less than 48 hoursโ€™ notice: 50% of the groom price will be charged.

๐Ÿพ Less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice or a no-show: 100% of the groom price will be charged.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and I havenโ€™t made this decision lightly. However, as a self-employed Dog Groomer, when an appointment is cancelled at short notice or someone doesnโ€™t attend, Iโ€™m often unable to fill that appointment with another client. This means I lose both the time and income that I rely on to run my business.

My appointment times are reserved specifically for your dog, and I really appreciate your understanding and consideration when booking.

Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients for your continued support, loyalty and understanding. โค๏ธ๐Ÿพ

Please make sure youโ€™re aware of this policy when booking an appointment.
