⚠️ MISSED APPOINTMENTS ⚠️

We are seeing an increase in missed appointments, we understand things can happen at short notice but please call and let us know if you can't attend an appointment, it's never a problem to re-arrange your appointment.

📆 In the month of May, we had 16 missed appointments. This equates to just over 4 hours of consultation time. As a one vet practice, we do become fully booked meaning sometimes we do have to ask clients to travel to our neighbouring Medivets if we cannot see them.

If an appointment is regularly missed we do reserve the right to charge a £20 no show fee, to try and prevent it becoming a regular occurrence.

😍 We had the majestic Mason in last week for castration and he made it clear he needed lots of attention and cuddles, which we were only too happy to provide 🐱 As you can see he was very relaxed post-operatively in his kennel 🩺

Mason actually comes as a pair with his brother Fortnum (which are fabulous names), and we are told by his loving owners that Mason is the ring leader. 💕

😎 We hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday and half term week 🌞Just a reminder to keep an eye on our pets this heatwave and keep them cool 💦

🌡 If you suspect your dog has heatstroke take them to a cool, well-ventilated area, give them small amounts of water to drink and pour cold water (or any cold liquid you have to hand, in an emergency any COLD drinks will do!), and seek immediate advice from your vets.
