What a crazy year so far!
I have had a busiest start to the year ever.
Although i have been quite ill and had to stop for quite a few days over the last 3 months. I have managed to deliver 9 van loads of products around the country.
As always every order is greatly appreciated.
Please be aware that as well as making everything, i also deliver everything myself.
This is why there is a 1-6 week lead time estimate. I deliver your order when i am next in your area.

Hi Proviv Herpers

I hope you are all well.
Last week was a huge catch up on delivering. Three van fulls of products delivered by hand on DAVE the van.
This week has started not so well. I cut and edged some products and have hit a piece of metal with the pre miller unit on the edgebander. Each stack of blades is going to cost £123+vat to be refurbished over the next 3 days. Luckily being an engineer I am able to repair and dismantle my machines myself otherwise additional costs would have been incurred.
I will be catching up on some admin work over the next three days and cleaning up the warehouse.

I have been working hard on some website updates over the last month. With the addition of the corner Qube vivariums as well as a new substrate section. I have also added More Arcadia products such as the luminize T5 lighting systems.
The additional 20% off all heating lighting and decor is back for the rest of the year. This an additional 20% off the already discounted prices. This discount is automatically applied in the cart when you buy any vivarium.

This week, DAVE the van decided to chew his discs up. Due to a sticky brake calliper piston.
So after finally getting him home on Saturday, parts ordered on sunday and half a day of repairs on Monday. He now has new stoppers.
This has caused a few delays, but we are back on the road.

Did you know.....
Provivs supplies vivariums to some of the biggest zoos in the uk. As well as lots of vets and colleges. We have some TV famous customers and two royal families as customers.
Sorry not posted here for a while is has been an amazingly busy few months and start to the year.
Finally catching up on orders and deliveries over the next few weekend will get me fully caught up on everything.
The delay with the glass company moving has finally been resolved.

Please please chack your spam messages before repeatedly messaging me.
I sent out over 50 eta messages this week. Many people i messaged with a delivery eta are emailing asking for an eta.
I am really short of time at the moment with having to catch up after the many issues over the last few months. I am just about there with the catch up, but replying to emails is slowing me down significantly. I have spent over 6 hours reply to emails over the last week.
