📢 BOARDING PAYMENT UPDATE 🐾

From now on, all boarding bookings will require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. This secures your dog’s place and means that space is reserved specifically for you.

🏡 The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your dog’s drop-off date.

Cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover the loss of the booking.

• If you cancel within 7 days of drop-off, the full remaining balance is also non-refundable.

I completely understand that things happen and plans can change, but cancellations at short notice mean I’m unlikely to be able to fill that space again.

This is my livelihood, not a hobby. I have bills to pay and children to feed, and when I reserve a boarding space for your dog, I’m turning away other bookings for those dates.

I really appreciate everyone’s understanding. These terms are simply in place to protect my business and allow me to continue doing what I love. 🥰
