I was prepared for many of my regulars to find new groomers during my maternity leave, but I wasn’t prepared for the number of my darling dogs who would pass during the time I was off and cross over the rainbow bridge.
The only silver lining is that now I get to meet the newest additions to these families, the puppies working to help heal the heartache.

This little man came in for his first pamper, doing his best to fill the shoes of a very special old girl who came before him. What a honour it is to be a part of their lives and for all of you to trust me with you most precious babies 🐶 🐕 🐩

Hello everyone and happy holidays!

I’m so sorry for the radio silence over here. After being forced to extend my maternity leave due to medical necessity, I quickly realised just how fast the time goes with a baby and I decided to prioritise spending as much time as possible with my boy during this first year. The injuries that initially stopped me from grooming have healed, but I’ve been soaking up every extra second they’ve given me with my little man!

I’m still not ready to return to the full-time grooming schedule I used to work, but I am trying to slowly start getting more regulars back in where I can. If you’re interested in getting booked in before Christmas, please get in touch and we’ll see if it’s possible. I won’t be able to say yes to everyone unfortunately and I may not be able to be as flexible with days and times. But I’m hoping to help at least some of your pooches get ready for Santa!

I know many of you have found other groomers to take care of your precious pooches in my absence, I’m just glad they’re being well-looked after! But for those who have expressed interest in returning to Hairy Stylez, I’m hoping I can get you all back onto schedule soon ###
