Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all my clients of the past few days for being so patient and understanding.

We lost our beautiful Cookie very suddenly on Thursday evening. It came as a big shock to us all. Our hearts are totally broken. Only last week was was tearing up the beach in Cornwall on our holiday. She is now reunited with Custard her Mum 🌈🐾

Cannot thank everyone enough that helped us within that dreadful 24hours. Hope vets, risedale Medi vet, Vets now & Willow Haven. ❤️

I will be getting in touch with all my dogs that I’ve had to re schedule over the next few days. Thank you x

❄️Exciting news for the salon! We have recently invested in a 5kw Air conditioning unit to keep all of your Pups nice and cool in the warmer months ❄️ ☀️

Your dogs welfare is our priority! Heat in dogs is somthing we take very seriously. In previous years we have closed early, moved appointments, spent silly money on gadgets/ portable Aircon units to keep us cool with the dryers on but now we finally have the real deal! Thank you so much for installing & lovely Lin for powering us up ready for the warm weather next week.

Good morning everyone 😊

Just a little reminder regarding cancellations and lateness.

As many of you know, I recently closed my books to focus on my lovely regular clients. Recently, I’ve had a few no-shows, and with the warmer months coming up, I also have people on a waiting list who would really appreciate those appointment spaces for their pups.

I completely understand that things can happen like traffic, road closures, delays, etc. I do work on a 1-to-1 basis with each dog and try my very best to keep the day running smoothly and calmly for everyone.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately the appointment may need to be cancelled and a charge may apply, simply so I can stay on time for the rest of the dogs booked in that day.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and continued loyalty - it really is appreciated 🐾
