❄️Exciting news for the salon! We have recently invested in a 5kw Air conditioning unit to keep all of your Pups nice and cool in the warmer months ❄️ ☀️

Your dogs welfare is our priority! Heat in dogs is somthing we take very seriously. In previous years we have closed early, moved appointments, spent silly money on gadgets/ portable Aircon units to keep us cool with the dryers on but now we finally have the real deal! Thank you so much for installing & lovely Lin for powering us up ready for the warm weather next week.

Good morning everyone 😊

Just a little reminder regarding cancellations and lateness.

As many of you know, I recently closed my books to focus on my lovely regular clients. Recently, I’ve had a few no-shows, and with the warmer months coming up, I also have people on a waiting list who would really appreciate those appointment spaces for their pups.

I completely understand that things can happen like traffic, road closures, delays, etc. I do work on a 1-to-1 basis with each dog and try my very best to keep the day running smoothly and calmly for everyone.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately the appointment may need to be cancelled and a charge may apply, simply so I can stay on time for the rest of the dogs booked in that day.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and continued loyalty - it really is appreciated 🐾

Sunday sausage stroll in Hyde park for Easter 🐣🐾

We took out Wendy to the yesterday and what a brilliant day it was! Wendy had her Easter bonnet made from the amazing Woofties - Handmade Dog Accessories . Thank you so much ❤️

Appreciation post!!! THANK YOU Chantelle & the whole Hope Vets team 💕

Last Friday whilst grooming Cookie we found what I can describe as a very large Mass. She’s a very lumpy girl any way and we normally monitor them but this one felt different. She was seen by Chantelle last Saturday for swabs to be taken and today it was removed. The swabs came back non diagnostic but Thank god it’s Fatty lipoma! It was growing around the muscle which in the long term would have inhibited her walking.

After loosing Custard 18 months ago to mammary Cancer finding this Mass in-between her thigh was worrying to say the least. But knowing She was in the hands of Chantelle & Hope was so reassuring. Chantelle Put our Custard to rest and whilst I was unable to get home from abroad I couldn’t have asked for any one more caring to be by her side. Our gratitude reaches no limits. Thank you Chantelle & Hope for always looking after Our girls. Such a quick turn around . ❤️
