I’ve recently had a few enquiries about puppy grooms, so I wanted to share some information about what I offer.
I strongly recommend introducing your puppy to grooming as soon as possible after completing their vaccination course (usually around 12 weeks of age). Early, positive exposure is so important in helping puppies become comfortable with the grooming process into their adult life.
By starting slowly and gently, we can desensitise your puppy to the sights, sounds and sensations of grooming, making future visits as an adult much less stressful and far more enjoyable.
I offer short, regular sessions tailored to each individual puppy’s needs. Appointments typically last around an hour and focus on creating a positive experience with plenty of treats, reassurance and cuddles.
*The sessions are designed for young puppies from 12 weeks up to 5-6 months of age or when a full groom is required.
