Gorgeous boy Dougie was in for his groom today. When Dougie first came to me his fronts legs and paw pads were very matted as he had not liked a previous grooming experience. So for whatever reason, he just doesn’t like his legs and feet being touched. We are working with him and making sure he has a good experience using lots of positive reinforcement to make it the best experience possible for him. We love you Dougie 🐾🐶💙

The little cutie was in for a groom today. She already had her pink tail which was absolutely adorable. Just needed a trim up ✂️🐶🐾💕

These two brothers came in for their groom today. Freddie on the left is used to grooming, and his brother Charlie who is 9 months old is still getting used to the grooming process and isn’t too keen on the dryer yet or getting his face trimmed. We are not looking for perfection with these grooms. We are looking for the dogs to become more accustomed to the grooming process and be keen to come back so I also like to spend some time with them before, during and after their groom so they feel comfortable and confident around me. Sometimes it’s hard when you see dogs with perfect grooms all over social media but it’s not always achievable when you have the dogs best interests at heart. It’s more important the dog is comfortable, happy and feels secure. 🐶🐾💙💙

Sweet Beth the maltipoo was in for her first groom with me today. She is such a lovely girl and impeccably well mannered. 🐶🐾💕

Lovely Belle was in for her groom today. Her hair is like candy floss so we keep her coat nice and short to prevent matting. She loves lots of treats and kisses 🐶🐾💕

Gorgeous boy Dudley was in for his groom today. He is getting much better with the dryer now and gives the best cuddles. Still not fan of the trimmers for his paw pads but we just do the best we can so he’s comfortable, clean and most importantly doesn’t get stressed. See you soon Dudley 🐶🐾💙

Lovely Luna was in for her groom today. She’s only 8 months old and still getting used to the grooming process so we take our time and not force anything. She is such a joy 🐾🐶💕
