🐾 An Exciting New Chapter at Barnhill Cattery 🐾
October marks a very exciting new beginning for Barnhill Cattery, as we officially take over and start the next chapter of the cattery.
There will be a few changes, including new opening times and new LOWER prices, but what I’m most excited about is continuing to make Barnhill a place where every cat feels safe, settled, happy and loved.
We know that every cat is different. Some want lots of fuss and attention, some love to play, and others are happiest having their own space and watching the world go by. Getting to know their individual personalities, their little quirks and what makes them happiest is such an important part of what we do. 🐱
With more cats choosing to holiday with us, we’re now able to reduce our prices and pass those savings on to our customers.
🍂 And to celebrate our new beginning, we’re kicking off October with our Half-Term Special — just £12 per cat!

🐾And this is only the beginning…
We’ve got lots of exciting plans for the future, and one I’m particularly excited about is creating our very own outdoor Cat Parks! 🐾🌳
Rather than just a boring outdoor run, the idea is to create a proper outdoor spaces designed especially for cats. A enriching environments where they can climb, explore, play, watch the world go by or simply find a comfy spot and enjoy being outside.
The plan is to have one larger Cat Park for families of cats to enjoy together, along with two smaller private Cat Parks for cats who prefer having their outdoor adventures all to themselves. 💚
There’ll be plenty to see, climb and explore, giving our guests even more choice and stimulation during their stay. Whether they want to stretch their legs, investigate everything around them, bask in the sunshine… or sit watching the rain — it is Scotland after all! ☀️🌧️😂
It’s all part of our plans to keep developing Barnhill into somewhere that’s designed around what cats enjoy and what makes them happy.
There’s lots more we’d love to do in the future, and I can’t wait to share it with you as this new chapter at Barnhill Cattery begins. 🐱💚🐾
