Good Morning!

Over the last few weeks I have had a larger than usual number of no show appointments. I do wherever possible attempt to send reminders however please can clients take note of dates and times they prebook and in case of any situation they need to change where possible I ask for 24 hours notice otherwise there is a charge of the FULL price of the Groom.

I appreciate the weather has been very hot this week and if I have deemed it necessary appointments have been rearranged for the welfare and saftey of your dogs.

I would like to thank you all for your continued support and hope you all understand if I don’t work I do not get paid as much as I love my job it is my livelihood.
