We know how much of a huge benefit horses have to your mental health, and it’s not always about the riding. Sometimes it’s watching your favourite horse grazing in the field or spending time grooming and creating a bond that lasts a lifetime.

World Mental Health Day is an important one and we want to share how special horses are at helping us take care of ourselves.

Did you know almost all of the Shropshire Adventures team are qualified Outdoor Wellbeing Practitioners?
