Tips for keeping our little buddies cooler in this hot spell.. ** Species may vary, so adapt to suit.

🐍Turn off basking bulbs and non-essential heating
🦎Provide large, fresh cold water dishes for soaking,
🐍Improve room airflow with fans and window blinds.
🦎If the reptile room gets too warm, temporarily move the enclosure to a naturally cooler part of the house
🐍Use cool, damp hides by spraying them with cool water daily. You can also freeze a water bottle or ice pack, wrap it tightly in a towel, and place it safely on one side of the enclosure

Hi. I'm Briar, 19 years old with a passion for Reptiles and Amphibians.
Base in Kidderminster, Worcestershire

This is a new venture for me and i am so excited to be able to share my experience and enthusiasm for all things Critterish!!

I have spent the last 3 years at college studying Animal Management Lever 2 and 3.
Looking after Snakes, Lizards, Frogs and many more including mammals of all descriptions.

I currently have a rescue corn snake called Malcolm and currently looking to expand my own personal collection.
