āļø EMILY IS READY FOR HER NEXT STEP ā MODEL DOGS WANTED! āļø
Following on from our introduction to Emily, weāre delighted to share that, thanks to her hard work, dedication and fantastic progress over the last few months, sheās now ready to start developing her clipping and sc******ng skills on some lovely model dogs!
Weāre so pleased with how Emily is progressing. Her attention to detail, thoroughness and enthusiasm have been fantastic, and weāre more than confident in her abilities. However, as with any skill, learning takes time, patience and practice ā and thatās where you and your four-legged friends can help!
š¶ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Weāre looking for coated breeds who are due a full groom, including clipping and/or sc******ng. These appointments will be HEAVILY DISCOUNTED in return for helping Emily gain valuable hands-on experience!
A few important things to consider before getting in touch:
- Your dog must be reasonably well behaved and comfortable with the grooming process.
- Training appointments will take longer than a standard groom, as Emily needs the time to work carefully and develop her techniques.
- All appointments will be fully supervised by a qualified groomer. Weāre confident in Emilyās potential, but while sheās learning, the finished groom may not be quite as polished or precise as youād expect from an experienced groomer. There may be small imperfections in the clipping or sc******ng, and owners must be happy to accept this in exchange for the discounted rate.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Both our existing clients and new customers are welcome to enquire! Weād love to give Emily the opportunity to work with a variety of coats, breeds and styles as she continues her training.
For new clients, please be aware that if your dogās behaviour or tolerance of the grooming process makes it unsuitable for a trainee appointment, a qualified groomer may need to take over to ensure your dogās welfare. If this happens, the full standard grooming price will apply, rather than the discounted trainee rate.
Weāll always prioritise your dogās safety and wellbeing, and our qualified groomers will be on hand to support Emily throughout the appointment.
