Many thanks to everyone who came along to our Flyball demo at Malvern Autumn Show today.
Both slots drew the largest crowds in the dog arena and we received many compliments from the organisers and members of the public.
It’s important that we portray Flyball in a positive way to show how much our dogs enjoy it and that definitely came across.
Thanks especially to those who performed at Malvern in front of large crowds for the first time. They were Fraggle, Meg, R***r and Olly, you all looked great.
Also thanks to our judge AJ, box loaders Daniel and Poppy plus Caeson on ball collection duty. You all did a great job.
Finally congratulations to the winners;
AM- Rockets ( Molly, Bodie & Lucy)
Pm- Madness ( Saffron, Skye & Ollie)

Weather this week was much kinder to us at the Darley Moor BFA Flyball show today. All teams raced hard in very competitive divisions picking up two divisional wins and a second place.

Kiddy Monsters in division 2 lost one match that went to a 5th heat decider, winning all the others and go sub 17 seconds at the same time with a new seed time of 16.92. Congratulations to Venom, Saffron, Bodie, and Ollie with AJ on Box Loading duties.

Kiddy Madness did even better in division 4 to win the division with Mollie, Mabel, Brianna and Lucy with Daniel Box Loading. During racing Molly passed 5,000 BFA points to gain the BFA Advanced award.

Kiddy Munchkins did even better in the foundation division with a 100% record to also win the division. Congratulations to Bumblebee, Roman, Shuri, Fraggle and Olly. Second week running our foundation dogs have hit 100% 👏🏻. Thanks to Karen for Box Loading, AJ and Daniel for moving the ramp and box jumps in and out and Caeson and Poppy for ball collecting. It’s important that new handlers get support in racing conditions and today we had Kerry giving crossover information, Kate was helping Louise who was only in her second competition. It’s this support that makes us the team we are.

Our youngsters picked up a number of BFA awards today, plus Venom collected his BFA Graduate award. Well done to everyone who has worked so hard to achieve the accolades.

This was our last competition in 2026 with just our flyball demo at Malvern Autumn Show later this month to close the season. Thank you to all who raced today and this year.
