Whilst I’ve been off with this heatwave, it’s given me a bit more time to concentrate on our next generation of Cornstraw 🐾❤️

Meet Barley 🌾🐶 weighing a whopping 11.5kg at just 12 weeks old! 😍

She’s already enjoying coming to work with me and is settling into life at Cornstraw K9 brilliantly. I’m looking forward to watching her grow, learn and hopefully become a big part of the future of Cornstraw. 🥰🐾

🐾 Great to be back! 🐾

It was so lovely to be back training this weekend in much more normal temperatures! ☀️🐶

And especially lovely to get the puppy class back up and running — lots of happy puppies, learning, exploring and making a great start to their training journeys. 🥰

Looking forward to seeing everyone again next week! ❤️

🌞🌞 HEATWAVE UPDATE 🌞🌞

Although I was really hoping it would cool down this weekend, it’s still simply too hot for safe dog training. 🥵

I’m currently reorganising my diary and hoping the weather returns to more normal temperatures soon. There will be NO classes until next weekend. 🤞

Whilst this isn’t ideal, and it does have a financial impact on my small business, the welfare, health and safety of the dogs will always come first. 🥰🐾

Thank you all so much for your continued support and understanding—it really is appreciated. Hopefully we’ll be back to more comfortable temperatures for our four-legged friends very soon. 🤞🐾

But as always I couldn’t wait to come home to the girls and have some individual play time with Barley too 😍 I can’t believe she is 6 weeks old tomorrow ❤️🐾 xx

Not forgetting our beautiful walk and learn with this little lady ❤️ Heelwork, recall, sit & stay and stop is just brilliant 🤩 She is a pleasure to work with ❤️🐾 Will always have a soft spot for Koda xx
