New Customers

Lately Thornbrae has had a number of of new clients which there dogs have been badly matted . After a long conversation with the client about this and been told the dog coat would have to be removed something Groomers do not like doing .
customer are not happy about being told this also I have been told the customers coming to me are not going back to there Regular groomers. therefore I will not be the groomer for them ,
