We met this lovely bunch recently actually 12 in fact! ❤️

We vaccinated and microchipped them all and obviously had to have some cuddles😍

It all got a bit much for some and some fell asleep on the table😊

🐕The puppies are all now partially vaccinated against Distemper parvovirus, canine infectious hepatitis and leptospirosis and will have a second vaccine 4 weeks later

😿Does your cat seem to be constantly grooming?

This can lead to your cats having hair loss and skin sores usually around the belly and side and the inside of the back legs.

Over grooming is often a sign of skin problems, but it can sometimes be caused by pain or anxiety when a cat scratches and endorphins are released, which can serve a stressed cat and be a form of self-soothing.

Meet Beth one of our superstar Nurses here at Hampton Vets 💚

⭐This Veterinary Nurse Awareness month we are shining the spotlight on all our nurses and today we feature our very own Beth, who brings passion, skill and a whole lot of love to everything she does. ⭐

💚Beth originally started here at Hampton as a receptionist in 2020 but then fell in love with the nursing job and qulified as a Registered Veterinary nurse in 2024.

💚Beth loves all aspects of nursing but particularly enjoys Advocating for pain management in all patients and ensuring adequate rehabilitation techniques are utilised.

We asked Beth some questions:

What's an Interesting Fact about yourself- Started in the veterinary industry at the age of 16, working within the nursing team throughout college and university. Started at Hampton as part of the reception team before transitioning over to the nursing team.
