✨ A little booking update ✨

As my diary is getting busier, I’m introducing a £20 deposit for all new client bookings 🤍

I completely understand that plans can change, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

I currently have a waiting list, so giving plenty of notice means I can offer the space to someone else who could benefit 🫶

💧 Getting ready for your lymphatic drainage massage?

A few simple things before your appointment can help you get the most from your treatment.

Try to arrive well hydrated, avoid a heavy meal beforehand, wear something comfortable and skip heavy lotions or oils on the areas being treated.

Most importantly — arrive ready to relax! 🤍

Please let me know before your appointment if there have been any changes to your health, medication, recent surgery, infection or illness.
