🐾 Sweet little Clover came in to see us for her spay, microchipping and flea treatment. 💕🐱

🐰 Meet sweet Luna! 💕

Luna had everyone fooled… his owners thought this gorgeous bunny was a girl, but it turned out Luna was actually a boy! 😱 And before they realised, he had managed to get his female companion pregnant! 🐰🐰

To prevent any more unexpected rabbit kits, Luna came in to see us for castration. ✂️💙

Rabbit anaesthesia requires careful planning, so we take every precaution to keep our bunny patients as safe as possible. Luna had an IV catheter, endotracheal tube (ET tube) and full anaesthetic monitoring throughout his procedure — just as we would for our dog and cat patients. ❤️

Luna recovered beautifully and is now home with his companion! 🥰🐇

🐶💚 Nurse Kirsty won’t be able to pick these two up for cuddles for much longer — they’re growing so fast! 🥹Gorgeous pups...

Gorgeous pups Honda and Luca came in to join our Pet Vet Plan, where they had their vaccinations and preventative flea and worming treatments. 💉🐾

They were absolute superstars and loved all the attention! 🥰

Lovely puppy Rusty popped in to join our Pet Vet Plan. 🐶💚

As a fear-free practice, we always make visits as positive and enjoyable as possible, so out came the treats for plenty of positive reinforcement! 🍖🥰

Rusty was an absolute superstar… although he also demonstrated just how many takes it can take to get the perfect social media photo! 😂📸 We think the bloopers are just as adorable!

Lovely Spaniel Scrumpy came to see us for some dental treatment. 🦷💚

Here he is enjoying plenty of cuddles with our RVN Kirsty before having his dental X-rays taken. We do everything we can to make your pet’s visit as calm and stress-free as possible, and Scrumpy was an absolute superstar throughout his procedure. 🥰

Did you know that dental X-rays are an essential part of every dental procedure? They allow us to assess the health of the tooth roots and the bone beneath the gum line, helping us identify problems that can’t be seen during a routine examination.

Gorgeous spaniel Thor came to see us 🐶❤️

We’re starting to think spaniels might be becoming one of our most registered breeds at The Ivybridge Vet — and we can certainly see why! They are full of personality, love and plenty of cuddles 🥰

Thor came in for his dental treatment and was soon enjoying some well-earned fuss with our lovely nurse Kirsty 🐾

We love getting to know every pet that walks through our doors and providing gentle, compassionate care for them throughout their lives.

Braveheart Award 🐾❤️

We are giving one of our Braveheart Awards to this little fighter!

This 4-week-old puppy was born with a hernia that had extended through his diaphragm and into his chest.

A team of vets was needed here: Kendall performed surgery to close the hernia, while Cherish performed two successful cardiac resuscitations and drained the pneumothorax.

He really is one very brave little fighter! ❤️🐾
