🐾 Customer Notice from Foxhall Groomers 🐾

At Foxhall Groomers, our priority is to provide a safe, positive, and respectful environment for both our hardworking team and your beloved pets.We always strive to work collaboratively with our clients. To ensure total transparency, our policy is to discuss and agree upon any additional charges in person before you leave the salon.

However, if we are unable to discuss this with you at drop-off, we will always call you before we start grooming your dog to approve any extra fees. Please note that extra fees are only applied in instances of challenging dog behaviour or severe coat matting, both of which require extra time, care, and specialized handling.While we love serving our community, we must also state that abusive or aggressive behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated.
Any individual who becomes abusive will be permanently banned from our salon.

Thank you to the vast majority of our wonderful clients for your ongoing support, understanding, and cooperation in keeping Foxhall Groomers a kind and safe space for everyone.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Zeus to the salon today for his grooming session.

His owner requested a unique, creative twist for his haircut: a custom doggy mullet!We love tailoring our styles to match each pup's personality. Zeus was a perfect gentleman and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. As you can see, he is absolutely rocking his new look!

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Maizie to Foxhall Groomers for her very first grooming session.Maizie was an absolute superstar! She showed wonderful behavior and was a complete delight from start to finish.

Introducing puppies to grooming early on helps build their confidence, and Maizie passed with flying colours.
