✨Celebrating✨ 2 years of our weekly walks together 🐾

Watching her social journey has been something truly special - from Rolo helping show her the ropes in the beginning, to now being such a confident & trusted member of my team on every adventure.

I’m forever grateful to the owners who trust me and welcome me into their homes to care for their dogs. This girl… she holds such a special place in my heart. What started as strangers has turned into family; even the incredible honour of being asked to be her legal guardian.

To my squeak: I promise you’ll always have a home, and you’ll always be loved, my darling girl 🥰🐾

Always carry a handy little removal tool in my pet first aid kit so we can twist, twist, twist straight away preventing unwanted gifts of Lyme Disease 🦠

✨ Social media ✨

I have a love/hate relationship with it… and lately, it’s meant you’ve seen far less of my dogs and their beautiful adventures together.

The dog industry, in particular, can be a really toxic space. Limited guidance, even less support, and a whole lot of noise 🤯

And the truth is… that noise gets in.

You don’t realise it at first. It’s just scrolling… just reading… just trying to keep up. But slowly, it starts to sit heavier and heavier on your shoulders.

Absorbing that level of negativity weighs more than Rolo — and trust me, I’d carry that dog anywhere if I had to 💪 but this kind of weight…it chips away at you.

It dulls your joy.
It clouds your mind.
It makes you question yourself in ways you never did before.

Choose peace.
Choose collaboration over competition.
Choose kindness over criticism.
Choose to lift each other up instead of tearing each other down.

Because this job, this passion… it was never meant to feel this heavy.

And I’m finding my way back to what matters most.

This lovely boy is spending some extra time with us to experience life in more detail.

We are extremely fortunate to have lots of rural footpaths on our doorstep but building your dog’s confidence in the rest of the world is equally as important.

Thank you to the lovely Tia at Pawsome Raw Ltd for helping us on the journey (& the tasty sausages!) A polite greeting with no jumping up was a huge success here ✅

20mins walking 1 mile where your dogs focus remains a core element; using their brain and their nose in their surroundings will always outweigh a 1hr walk covering 4 miles that you both found boring 🥱

Time/distance isn’t the goal - it’s what you can make out of the journey.
