It’s been a busy few days in the salon , I am very thankful that the heat has gone and welcomed some long awaited rain , our dogs will be feeling a lot more comfortable .
This week I had the pleasure of meeting two new dogs , Ernie the lagotto Romagnolo and little Huwe the long haired Chihuahua , both have been waiting patiently on my cancellation list so it was lovely to finally meet them.

I went from having a secure job working for the NHS for 20 years to taking a huge leap of faith and study to become a dog groomer.
It was a scary decision to leave the security behind, but I’m so glad I did it ! Now I’m working for myself doing something I absolutely love ❤️.
I couldn’t be happier with where this journey has taken me .
Sometimes you just have to take that leep and follow your dreams.

I got second place in my first grooming competition with my amazing boy Chess.
The standard of grooms in my group were so high ,so to come second is a real achievement for me.
