Your dog will have places to go to relax and chill, or can be in the thick of the toys, games and socialising! All my dogs are allowed on the sofa with me, or they can relax in one of the comfy doggy beds…. He/she will have a minimum of 1 hour walk (in two sessions) every day during day care, and holiday/overnight dogs will often also get an evening walkies as well (weather permitting). I do not take on any additional dogs for ‘walkies’ as that would mean leaving my (and your) dogs alone, which I would never do. Before accepting your dog I would expect to meet with you and your dog for a walk with my dogs in a ‘neutral’ place, i.e. local park of playing field, followed by an hour at my home for a ‘cuppa’ for us all to be happy with each other and my set-up, to assess how he/she will get on with my other dogs, and for an opportunity for you to complete or take away the Registration and Contract forms, which are required in the Terms of my Licence before I can accept your dog for care.
