Over the past year Monty has been coming in to see our nurse Megan for a weight loss plan.

His owners have done a fantastic job, with Megan's guidance, and have managed to get Monty's weight down by 1.9kgs!! That is equivalent to around 2 Guinea Pigs!

His owners have said: "Monty had always been energetic but he is now super playful and like a kitten again! Monty is generally just healthier looking and feeling and you can tell that in his playful mannerisms. When we brought our cats in for their annual check up, we didn’t even think they were overweight but I’m so glad the vet advised us honestly - even if it’s not what we wanted to hear - to allow us to make the changes we have to ensure they don’t face health problems related to weight later in life."

Here is Monty proudly showing off his weight loss certificate!
