Why visit Nova Zeal at a market when we have a perfectly good website? 👀

Because markets are a little different.

They give me the freedom to bring along one-off colour combinations that might never make it online, and they give you a chance to see, feel and compare everything in person.

But my favourite part is getting to actually chat to you about your pets. 💙

Tell me who you're shopping for, what they enjoy, their size, how they play, what enrichment they've tried before, and I'll happily help you figure out what might suit them best.

And sometimes that genuinely means telling you not to buy something!

Plus, markets are full of brilliant independent businesses, makers and products you might never have discovered otherwise.

Design-led enrichment. It's been part of our tagline for a while, but what does it actually mean?

For me, design isn't just about how something looks. It's about asking why something is made the way it is.

Why does this size exist?
How heavy will it be to wash?
Can it travel easily?
Could it work in a crate?
Is the construction appropriate for its size?
Can it adapt as an animal grows?

Even seemingly tiny decisions, like the strength of cable ties used inside different Snuffle and Scruffle Balls or lint rolling every product before it leaves us, have thought behind them.

Having small dogs myself has also hugely influenced how I think about enrichment. Small doesn't have to mean less enrichment. A smaller product can still provide a rewarding, longer-lasting activity when it's designed with good density and plenty of places for treats to hide.

Different animals need different things, which is why Nova Zeal enrichment ranges from pocket-sized options through to larger products, with designs suitable for dogs and small pets.

There's no single perfect enrichment product for every animal.

I'd much rather design different products for different lives. 🤎

A lovely little combo for dogs who love to sniff and search.

🍂 A closer look at Autumn…

Our Autumn Collection is returning for 2026, bringing rich seasonal colours across some of our favourite enrichment designs with a couple of firsts for this year's collection.

For the first time, we've created Dog Snoods specifically for one of our seasonal collections, with four sizes to choose from.

We've also brought our Scruffle Balls into the Autumn Collection for the first time, alongside our much-loved Snuffle Mats, Snuffle Balls and Tug Toys.

Our Scruffle Balls are designed to turn treat time into enrichment, with plenty of fleece folds to hide little rewards for your dog to sniff out. And we think we've found the perfect treats to pair with them.
