I groom from my home in Inverkip and unlike most grooming salons I only take one dog at a time as this helps to keep them more settled. I have built up a very loyal and happy client base over the many years I have been grooming. I think it is extremely important to build a trusting relationship with my customers and their dogs and I am very proud of this achievement, always providing the best customer service possible. I have enabled many ambitious students to follow their dream of becoming a dog groomer and guided them on the path to enable them to set up their own successful dog grooming businesses. Meet Bailey. She is 14 years old. Due to her previous groomer closing down this was her first ever visit to me. Despite her being a timid older lady, with a bit of tlc & calm surroundings she really relaxed & trusted me. It was lovely to see 😊

Hi friends just a wee post I have been meaning to put out for a while now. A slight change in policy just to make things a bit easier for me admin wise.

When making payment for grooms & walks by bank transfer I would ask that payment is made on the day.

This will really help me a lot.
