We ask that our clients who have opted to pay via Bank Transfer please check your payments have gone through. We are discovering a lot of payments not being paid πŸ₯Ί
Between the internet signal in the salon and the charges from the card companies, bank transfers are the best for the salon moving forward but not if we need to keep needing to chase people for it.
We understand that things come up and it can be easily forgotten. We really don't want to have to go to cash only, we want there to be an option for people.

Please check you've made your previous payment, I don't want to have to keep charging double at the next appointment πŸ₯Ί

Quick note, as everyone is aware the weather is about to get really warm this week! So dogs will likely be damp after their grooms. With the temperatures hitting over 28Β° we will be keeping an eye in the salon, if its too hot we will have no option but to close! Today we managed fine so fingers crossed for the remainder of the week.

Another side note, can everyone please make sure their payments have gone through via Bank Transfer. We've had a few little hiccups and it saves me having to contact everyone individually πŸ˜…

Hello Everyone πŸ‘‹πŸ»

Just a quick one! Unfortunately last weekend whilst out walking with Willow, I had a fall which has resulted in me suffering with a concussion 🫠🧠

Now, rather than stressing myself out drastically by cancelling a load of dogs appointments with no hope of getting anyone back in, I'm in work as normal. Going with advice from the Dr's, I'll continue as normal but I also need to prioritise my recovery.
So, I need to ask people to please be patience with me. On the busier days, it's likely I may need a little longer than usual with dogs. Also, those beloved pooches with a little extra attitude? It might be a case that we don't get things done as well as usual.
You all know I will do the best I can but obviously I'm finding work a little more difficult to manage than I thought. My little brain is exhausted 🧠πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜…
Please bear me with and hopefully within a few weeks it'll all be back to normal πŸ’œπŸ₯°πŸ™πŸΌ

I'm very grateful to the lovely Suzi who found me and also for the fact that Willow didn't take the opportunity to bolt and enjoy her freedom!

Morning Everyone,

What glorious weather we finally have 🌞

As always when the temperature gets into the 20s+, we will be keeping a close eye on it. As always, dogs may be a little damp when they leave. And always, if it's too hot inside the salon we will reschedule.

Remember everyone, enjoy the weather but check the pavement isn't too hot for paws and also a missed walk won't kill your dog ❀️

Please if anyone has any information let the girls One Stop Laundry know. As a small business, little things like this really add up.
But it's even worse for a small business who is constantly targeted by the youths! Please parents, have a word with your kids.
