Hello Everyone 👋🏻

Just a quick one! Unfortunately last weekend whilst out walking with Willow, I had a fall which has resulted in me suffering with a concussion 🫠🧠

Now, rather than stressing myself out drastically by cancelling a load of dogs appointments with no hope of getting anyone back in, I'm in work as normal. Going with advice from the Dr's, I'll continue as normal but I also need to prioritise my recovery.
So, I need to ask people to please be patience with me. On the busier days, it's likely I may need a little longer than usual with dogs. Also, those beloved pooches with a little extra attitude? It might be a case that we don't get things done as well as usual.
You all know I will do the best I can but obviously I'm finding work a little more difficult to manage than I thought. My little brain is exhausted 🧠🥺😅
Please bear me with and hopefully within a few weeks it'll all be back to normal 💜🥰🙏🏼

I'm very grateful to the lovely Suzi who found me and also for the fact that Willow didn't take the opportunity to bolt and enjoy her freedom!

Morning Everyone,

What glorious weather we finally have 🌞

As always when the temperature gets into the 20s+, we will be keeping a close eye on it. As always, dogs may be a little damp when they leave. And always, if it's too hot inside the salon we will reschedule.

Remember everyone, enjoy the weather but check the pavement isn't too hot for paws and also a missed walk won't kill your dog ❤️

Please if anyone has any information let the girls One Stop Laundry know. As a small business, little things like this really add up.
But it's even worse for a small business who is constantly targeted by the youths! Please parents, have a word with your kids.

Just a little heads up for everyone. The salon door will be locked Friday, Saturday this week and Monday next week 😊 I'm hoping the bell works but after a week of things breaking, please don't be surprised if it doesn't 😅
I also have very limited access to the Internet (see what I mean 🙄) So all grooms will likely need to be Cash or Bank Transfer.
We appreciate your patience during the payment changes.
I'll reply to messages as soon as I can.

I cannot quite believe we reached it but we did. The main man turned 16 today!
He's decided that he's now going to hang up his walking shoes and have a bit of a quieter life now, well as much as Willow will allow 🤣

I appreciate that in recent years Bailey has taken unwell very unexpectedly and can't thank you all enough for the well wishes and also for being understanding if I need to suddenly drop everything to care for him. Thank you all 💛

Morning Everyone,

Unfortunately we have issues again with the card machine. This is one of the main reasons why we are getting rid of it.

We are accepting cash and Bank Transfer, just ask for our details when you bring your dog. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Also, we are struggling with Internet access at the salon. I know I've messages to get back to, please bear with me, it's going to take longer than usual to respond.

Hello Everyone 👋

Firstly, thank you to everyone in these past few weeks as we've dealt with quite a lot of technical issues 🫣 Your patience has been greatly appreciated.
We are in the process of rolling out the change of payment method a little quicker than planned. Between Internet issues and card machine it's just been a little impossible at the moment.
Remember, we do still accept cash as well.

Also, I apologise for messages that are taken me a little longer than usual to reply to. FB has it in for me as well. I'm told there is messages then they disappear but then appear the following day. Please bear with us whilst we sort though all this.

Not the best start to the year. Who said technology was a great idea 🙄🤣
