Careful brushing, de-matting (where appropriate), coat checks and getting your dog comfortable before we even start.
🚿 The bath & condition
Using the right shampoos for your dog’s skin and coat type. whether that’s sensitive, dry, or in need of a deep clean.
💨 The drying
One of the most important (and time-consuming!) parts. A proper, thorough dry helps prevent matting, skin issues, and gives that lovely fluffy finish.
💛 Keeping them calm
Every dog is different. We work at their pace, building trust and keeping the experience as stress-free as possible.
