🌞🐾 Hot Weather Reminder for All Clients 🐾🌞
With the temperatures set to rise this week, your dog’s health and safety is my top priority.
Please do not walk your dogs to appointments during the hottest parts of the day. Where possible, please transport your dog in an air-conditioned vehicle.
The salon is fully air-conditioned to ensure your dog remains comfortable throughout their visit and cool water will be used to bath them. Heat is also turned off on the dryer.
Please do your best to keep your dog cool and well hydrated. Avoid excessive exercise and hot pavements before travelling to the salon.
⚠️ Be aware of the signs of heatstroke in dogs, including:
• Excessive panting
• Drooling
• Lethargy or weakness
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Bright red gums
• Collapse or unresponsiveness
If your dog is showing any of these signs, seek veterinary advice immediately.
If anyone has any issues with getting their dog to me this week, please let me know ASAP.
