Specialising in Dogs and Cats but also small animals. Any personal preference for your pet will be undertaken from a bath trim and tidy up to a full clip. Any coat type/ skin condition/ size of animal or even just nail clipping available. Lynsey has owned dogs, cats and horses most of her life and has many years experience of pet care. We are fully insured for 3rd party liablility which also cover

s your pet if there is any unfortunate accident while they are in our care. We do take every precaution to protect your pet from any incidents, but being animals unfortunately accidents can happen. Lynsey works in a Boarding Kennel environment but now specialized in Dog grooming. You can be sure your pet will be in caring capable hands. Collection service available on request. I hope everyone has had a fab summer, and as we get the kids back to school this week, I thought I’d best let you know what’s going on at Pennine Grooming.

Same quality 1-1 dog grooming service, with animal mad Lynsey, in my home set professional grooming room. Can you believe I’ve been running Pennine Grooming for 12 years now!!! 😲🐶✂️

A groomer who started in Slawit way after I set up has now given up her business to spend time with her young family so I have picked up customers from her and also others with new dogs, but I am still taking on new clients as the length of time I’ve been grooming is the natural life cycle of most dogs so I have lost a few to rainbow 🌈bridge. With this in mind and to make sure you all get your furry friends sorted for Christmas (yes… I def say that word) It’s now 17 weeks away and as most of you are in an 8 week grooming schedule this means 2 more grooms. If you’d like to book your next 2, to make sure you are in my diary, please let me know. Be warned that you may have to wait a couple of weeks for availability at the moment if you’re not booked in too as I am slightly busier now than I have been. All good, just needs a little more notice for your dog to come see their Aunty Lynz 🐶💜✂️

I’m now back from my holiday but I’m absolutely shattered after finding out my keys had fallen out of my bag on the way to the airport… and having to come home tgen immediately return to Manchester for my car with my spare keys. Please note that I accept cash and bank transfers as payment but please could you make sure that all bank transfers are sent on the day that your dog is groomed so I can keep up with my book keeping, and things don’t get missed/lost/not paid. I can NOT offer credit.

Any missed appointments will also incur a 50% charge if you have not contacted me more than 24 hours before your appointment without a valid reason.

An important post about nail trimming. I can’t always take nails as short as you think you’d like your dogs nails, and this is why. This is even more so in black nails that we can’t see the quick in.
