We rarely post on this page (sorry, we’re just not that tech savvy!) BUT, we wanted to provide an update regarding our business at this crazy & challenging time:
The factory and retail unit are still open under government guidelines, as we are producing and supplying feed, which is deemed essential.
We are continuing to manage the online delivery business, and still manning a retail store with new measures in place to protect ourselves and our customers.
We are exceptionally busy, both online and in our retail store, due to a combination of panic buying, and because of a surge of new customers turning to us (because they are unable to source their ‘usual’ product from the supermarket).
But we just want to reassure our customers that the factory is working day and night to replenish stock, and we are working through orders every single day, and shipping as fast as we can.
Please, please, please understand that our couriers are currently under enormous pressure because everyone is buying online... So for this reason, you order MIGHT take slightly longer to arrive than normal, but this matter is totally is out of our hands.
Please keep in mind that real-time Tracking is available on all deliveries from us; we urge you to check this in the first instance if you’re wondering where an order is ❓ And we can only apologise if you do not get the usual quick service from us that you are used to.

With immediate effect we are stopping the provision or sale of product samples, as we do not deem this ‘essential’ business, and it’s putting unnecessary risk on Royal Mail workers (and ourselves, as this requires a trip to the post office)
