We rarely post on this page (sorry, we’re just not that tech savvy!) BUT, we wanted to provide an update regarding our business at this crazy & challenging time:

The factory and retail unit are still open under government guidelines, as we are producing and supplying feed, which is deemed essential.

We are continuing to manage the online delivery business, and still manning a retail store with new measures in place to protect ourselves and our customers.

We are exceptionally busy, both online and in our retail store, due to a combination of panic buying, and because of a surge of new customers turning to us (because they are unable to source their ‘usual’ product from the supermarket).

But we just want to reassure our customers that the factory is working day and night to replenish stock, and we are working through orders every single day, and shipping as fast as we can.

Please, please, please understand that our couriers are currently under enormous pressure because everyone is buying online... So for this reason, you order MIGHT take slightly longer to arrive than normal, but this matter is totally is out of our hands.

Please keep in mind that real-time Tracking is available on all deliveries from us; we urge you to check this in the first instance if you’re wondering where an order is ❓ And we can only apologise if you do not get the usual quick service from us that you are used to.

FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, WE ARE STRUGGLING TO ANSWER OUR PHONE LINES - please just leave a message or email us [email protected]

With immediate effect we are stopping the provision or sale of product samples, as we do not deem this ‘essential’ business, and it’s putting unnecessary risk on Royal Mail workers (and ourselves, as this requires a trip to the post office)

Although we all love a bit of sunshine, it can be very dangerous for our furry friends, here are some tips to keep them safe in warmer weather!

• give access to plenty of shade, water and indoor time if pets need to cool down
• use cooling mats - these can be purchased from pet shops
• walk pets early morning and late evening when it is cooler
• check the ground temperature - if it's too hot for hands, it's too hot for paws!
• NEVER leave pets in a car, even if the windows are rolled down - the temperature in a car can reach double the temperature it is outside very quickly!
• concrete blocks and frozen water bottles can keep small furries cool

In this type of weather heat stroke is a real danger! Young and old pets, French Bulldogs, Pugs and long haired breeds are at higher risk!

Symptoms of heat stroke include;
• excessive panting and salivation
• lethargy
• red mucous membranes
• collapse
• seizure
• organ failure

Heat stroke is a true emergency so please get in touch with the practice if you are at all concerned!

We hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas, and we send our best wishes for the New Year!

We are in at the unit today so are available to accept phone orders / respond to messages. However, just to clarify, the warehouse does not reopen for business until Weds 2nd Jan, so all orders received over festive shut down will be processed for dispatch this coming Thursday (for delivery Friday / Monday)

Just as a reminder, if you require a home delivery BEFORE Christmas, please ensure your order and payment is received by us BEFORE 3pm THIS WEDNESDAY 19th Dec

Our factory is on festive shut down as of Friday 21st, so there will be NO COLLECTIONS from us after this date (until the New Year)

Orders placed after 3pm Weds, and before 3pm Friday (of this week) will ship pre-Christmas, to arrive AFTER Christmas (but before the New Year)

Orders received after 3pm Friday may not arrive until after the New Year
