After the passing of my beloved Molly who was my absolute shadow for 13.5 yrs, she was so dearly loved and had got me through some difficult times 💞
We had finally said goodbye to her on 11th September but it didn’t sit right with me leaving her to be taken away from the vets so I collected her and we left her in the hands of Valley of Animals on 17th September.
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for what Maggie and the team did, I left feeling at peace leaving my little girl with Maggie, she was so empathetic and treated Molly tenderly in a lovely environment, with background music, candles and even resting her little head on a pillow. I also had the precious opportunity for her sister Lucy to process her passing as she sat with her and laid her to rest.
What a beautiful send off she had.
Thank you 🙏🏼 Maggie and everyone who support us, she was more than a dog to me and you helped me have closure in a way I didn’t know was possible 💞😓

Our week so far and much cooler temperatures we’ve all enjoyed 🫶🏼☺️ my dogs loving life and each other 💞 Teddy and Wilson met for the first time and it was so lovely to see them really hit it off, hopefully Teddy will join us again on our Monday lunchtime walk to see his new pal. Stan had a new hair cut and loved having a good old roll around 😝

This week has been challenging to say the least, our dogs are not use to these bursts of heat so struggle to adjust particularly when reaching crazy temperatures!! Walks this week have either been cancelled or we have offered alternatives day and temperature dependent.
I would like to say a huge thank you for all those lovely clients who have supported my business this week, being self employed isn’t easy when we can’t carry out our normal duties and everyone’s kindness is much appreciated 🫶🏼

With the high temperatures we’re expecting locally today, please do not walk your dogs 🐶☀️

Even when the sun goes in, the air can remain too hot and can quickly lead to heatstroke.

❗️Skip walks completely today

Keep them cool at home with shade, water, and rest.

A missed walk won’t harm them, but heatstroke can.

Let’s keep our dogs safe 💛
