Formed in 2007 by ex-Bank Manager (the good, kind, old fashioned type) Colin Jackson, Leading Petcare was one of the first in the Houston / Bridge of Weir / Kilbarchan areas. A reputation for reliability and keen pricing rapidly led to the dog-walking side of the business becoming fully subscribed, although there is always time around early morning / early evening to plan visits to cats and other

What lovely clients I have!

During the depression of the Great Empire Biscuit Shortage, back in the distant pre-lockdown days, customers left me fresh supplies when I collected their dogs for walks.

And now today, one of my longest standing clients drove over from a neighbouring village to leave me her wonderful home- baked fruit loaf.

(And yes ... I'd certainly class that a necessary journey.😉)
