Attention Clients! 📣

To ensure everyone enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience, we have a few reminders regarding our booking policies. Our goal is to provide the best service possible to everyone.

⏰Punctuality: Please aim to arrive at your scheduled time (and no more than 5 minutes early unless we have called for you). This helps us maintain a calm, private environment for everyone. We may ask you to wait outside if you’ve arrived early or when our reception area is busy.

⏳The Grace Period: We offer a 10–15 minute grace period. Beyond this, we may need to reduce your service or reschedule your session to stay on track for the day and charges will be applied. Please arrive on time!

📆Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require 48 hours’ notice for changes. If we can fill your spot from our waiting list, any late-cancellation fees will be waived!

🚫A Note on No-Shows
We have a very active waiting list of clients hoping for an opening. When an appointment is “no-showed,” that time is wasted, and another client misses out. Therefore, No-shows will incur a 100% service fee. All future appointments will be automatically cancelled and booking privileges will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

We truly value your time and appreciate you valuing ours. Thank you for being such an amazing community and helping us keep our doors open and our schedule smooth! ✨
