Winterpick Boarding Cattery

MEIMEI

Meimei (pronounced "Mimi") is a 10 year old domestic shorthaired cat who initially came to the cattery on 18th May as a boarder while her owner went to visit friends in Scotland for 3 weeks. Sadly, due to sudden ill health, they are no longer able to care for her so she is residing here for now until a new owner is found.

Meimei has shown herself to be affectionate and loving, but may need time to settle in to new surroundings. A calm and peaceful environment would therefore be preferable (one where she is the only pet) as well as one with no children (although she may cope in a home with older children).

She has previously had treatment for thyroid issues, but is deemed by her vets to be in good health, though is a bit skinny.

If you can provide her with a suitable home environment or know someone who can, please get in touch using the following details:
07799074712/[email protected] (the cattery)
07711078595/[email protected] (David Strainge, a close friend of the owner) or 07718335894 (Jo, his partner)

As we've mentioned before, although we are primarily a boarding cattery, we also support our local dog rescue which is round the corner from us and run by a friend of ours. If you can provide a home for a dog (or at least foster one), please get in touch with them

Although we are primarily a boarding cattery, we also support our local dog rescue which is just around the corner from us and is run by a friend of ours. As the report will tell you, they care for many dogs in need of homes (some of which are at risk of euthanasia), but do often find themselves a bit short of space. If you think you can provide a dog with a perfect home (or even at least foster one), please get in touch with them (or if you know someone who can provide a home or foster)

Family run cattery near Horsham in Sussex

Hello everyone. I meant to write this sooner, but never got round to it

This February just gone marks 10 years since I took on the cattery from my mother after she moved away. In those years, business has increased to more than it was before, we've expanded to smaller animals, increased space in the main building and of course had to work through a global pandemic! Amazingly, a majority of our previous regulars continued to book at the new location and alongside them came lots of new faces who have since become regulars of mine. To all those people, thank you very much for keeping us going this long. Here's to another 10 years!
