🐾 A little reminder from Scruffs 🐾

Our policies and procedures aren’t there to make things difficult or to give you lots of paperwork to sign ❤️

They’re there for a reason.

They help keep your dogs, the other dogs in my care, and my home safe and happy.

When you book your dog in with me, please take a few minutes to actually read through the policies before signing them rather than just ticking the box.

Things such as emergency contacts, behaviour, neutering, health, cancellations and collection arrangements are all covered for a reason.

I absolutely love having your dogs stay with me and I treat every one of them as part of the family while they’re here 🐶❤️

But running a licensed home boarding business also means I have responsibilities and procedures that I have to follow.

So please read them, understand them and ask me if there’s anything you’re unsure about before your dog comes to stay.

It makes everything much easier for everyone and, most importantly, helps me provide the safest and happiest stay possible for all the dogs in my care. 🐾❤️
