👀 Think you've got a good eye?
These two photos show the same species of free-roaming stick insect here at the zoo. One is a fully grown adult measuring around 7 inches long, while the other is a tiny youngster at less than an inch!
At this time of year, our stick insects are thriving and there are plenty to find as you explore. The challenge is actually spotting them! Even the adults are masters of camouflage, blending perfectly into the plants and branches around them.
How many can you find during your visit this weekend?
Let us know your best stick insect count in the comments, and don't forget to share your photos if you manage to spot one!
