We’ve been doing lots of training with Willow, and have been working on being calm and patient at the doorstep. 🏡🐶

It’s all about teaching her that the door opening doesn’t mean she has to rush through it or get over-excited. She’s learning to wait nicely, listen, and understand what we’re asking of her.

She’s doing really well and is learning the routines and boundaries of our home. Plus she has 2 other great teachers - Bertie and Annie, to learn from and show her the way ❤️

Little steps, but consistency is key that makes all the difference and we’re very proud of our girl! 🥰🐾

💗 Willow is settling in beautifully! 💗

She’s really starting to find her feet here and is making friends with Bertie and Annie, who are gently teaching her the ropes.
She’s also learning the boundaries around the house — what she can and can’t do, where she should be, and when it’s time to settle.

One of my favourite things is watching her learn to be patient… especially when it comes to dinner! 😂🍽️ She’s now learning to sit nicely while we prepare her food.

She’s such a lovely girl, and it’s been so rewarding watching her confidence grow and seeing her settle into our little family. 🥰🐶

Lots more to learn, but she’s doing so well! ❤️
