I cannot recommend this seller enough.
I ordered a pewter GSD casket for my dog who I lost years ago and when it arrived I loved it so much I contacted RainbowbridgeGB to ask them if I could reserve a bronze casket to use when the sad time came that I lost my second dog, who was very old at the time. They messaged me back confirming that they would sort me out a bronze version even if they were out of stock, they would make me one if necessary which was such a relief.
When my beautiful girl died I placed the order immediately however the wording we wanted on the plaque was too long. Again, I contacted RainbowbridgeGB and they told me not to worry - I was to email them the wording I wanted and they would find a way to make it work, and they did exactly that.
Thank you RainbowbridgeGB for not only fantastic products but also for the sympathetic service you gave me at such a difficult time.
