At K9 Meadows we want to support the local community! One way we are doing this is by offering FREE advertising to local dog-related businesses on the message boards in our shelters at both fields! All we need is a couple of printed flyers from any interested parties.

If you're a local dog trainer, groomer, photographer, vet, sitter, or run some other dog-related or friendly business (e.g. dog-friendly restaurant), or you know someone who does, and would like to promote this business to our amazing visitors, please get in touch here or via www.K9Meadows.com.

We want to see local dog-related businesses thrive, and we’re here to help make that happen - let’s make tails wag together! So please share this post and tag anyone who may benefit from advertising at K9 Meadows free of charge 💖

K9 MEADOWERS: **THE CLOCKS ARE GOING BACK!**

This Sunday the clocks go back one hour at 2am. Which should mean an extra hour in bed but we all know our pups will be up and running at the usual time!

If you’re booked in at K9 Meadows on Sunday morning, please make sure you don’t turn up an hour early! 😉

Time to play again!

Our favourite pup-naming game is back, and we're ready to discover some more wonderfully ridiculous K9 Meadows alter egos!

Among our own team, we have Commander Howlister, Snuggler Wagstaff and Agent Droolsbury: but what would your pup be called?

Pop their K9 Meadows nickname in the comments below. Extra points, as always, for a photo of the star of the show!

Did you know the paw print in the K9 Meadows logo isn’t just a design element? It’s actually the real paw print of our beloved pup, the late Ashley.

Ash was our very first dog, over 20 years ago – a handsome Staffy/German Shepherd cross with the biggest heart. He was loving, clever, sweet, and truly one of a kind. When we started planning K9 Meadows, it felt only right to give him a lasting place in this new adventure.

That paw print is his. His 'signature'. A small but meaningful way of making sure he’s part of this beautiful venture – one that’s all about giving pups the space, freedom, and joy they deserve.

Ash lives on here, in every wag, every run, every happy visit. And we still miss him every day.

This is Jackson's 'I definitely deserve another treat' face. And, to be fair, it's quite a convincing argument! Excellent eye contact, a carefully positioned head, and THOSE ears! How are we supposed to say no? Do your pups also have excellent 'I deserve another treat' faces???

Bone Appetit!

At K9 Meadows, attention to detail is everything when it comes to keeping your pups happy. Our treat jars regularly get taken home for a proper scrub to make sure everything stays fresh and clean. But every now and then, we like to go one step further and treat our field shelters to shiny, brand-new treat tins altogether!

Check out the latest upgrade, fully stocked and sitting proudly under its sign, ready to reward your gorgeous pups after a hard session of running, sniffing, and playing!
