Beware of grass seed . This week i took a grass seed out of a dogs foot inbetween the toes.
With this dry weather if your walking your dog in long grass loose grass seeds can get stuck in the hair then work its way into the slin. This can cause and infection and in worse cases can migrate up the leg.
Please check the dogs paws after walks .
