After two rounds of chemotherapy and more than 100 visits to her oncologist, Fern has been in remission from cancer for over seven years. Last year, she also had to her spleen removed, but despite everything she certainly had fun exploring Wiggly Woods, along with my good friends Sue and Dave. 🥰 Sue even got a 'high five' when photographing a bubblebee (or more likely telling her to back off), and we spotted a Small Copper butterfly foraging on a purple devil's-bit scabious which is currently flowering in the lower meadow 😀

This beautiful greyhound travelled from Bristol especially to visit us at Wiggly Woods, unfortunately the heavens opened with monsoon rain on their arrival. We lent them a sighthound rain mac to use until the rain eased (greyhound owners will understand 🥰) and a great time was still had by all 😍
