LAND TO PURCHASE OR LEASE
2–3 Acres of Grassland (Herts or Essex as close to Hoddesdon + 15 miles)
I am looking to rent or purchase a small parcel of green land/grassland (approx. 2–3 acres) within a 20-mile radius of Hoddesdon (ideally Nazeing, Roydon, Ware, Hertford and all surrounding areas).
What I am looking for:
- Ideally grassland or overgrown pasture (no dense woodland or known flint ground due to public liability).
- Direct road access (or potential to create it).
- No public rights of way / footpaths crossing the plot or SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).
Flood zones are perfectly acceptable. Ideally urban-fringe so closer to communities the better v rural isolation.
The Use:
The land will be used solely for exercising animals
Very low-impact, low-noise setup. Because of this, it doesn't need to be isolated, but slightly set back from dense residential homes is ideal to avoid noise pollution.
Will be secured and managed tightly in terms of access, appropriate use, security and cleanliness.
My goal is to completely secure and fence the perimeter (subject to any necessary planning approvals). 24/7 access to be provided to land owner, if leased.
If you have an awkward corner of a field, an unworked plot, or parcel that is a hassle for big machinery to turn around in etc, I would love to discuss a purchase or straightforward rental agreement.
