Looking for solo or same household dog walking? Small Paws has slots available for new walks on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Whether is 30 mins or an hour, solo walks are great for nervous and reactive dogs or those who just prefer some peace, quiet and 1-to-1 attention.

Small Paws is Four! 🐾🎉

Today marks 4 years since I started Small Paws, how quickly that time has flown by! What began as a leap of faith has grown into a business that allows me to spend every day doing what I love most – caring for animals of all shapes and sizes.

From working as a zookeeper and as an animal technician at Writtle College, to now running running my own small business, I've been incredibly fortunate to build a career around my passion for animal welfare and care. Every role taught me something valuable and all of those experiences and skills I learnt along the way have helped shape the service I provide today.

This is the perfect opportunity to thank all of my wonderful clients for their continued support, trust and recommendations over the last four years. I never take for granted the privilege of being welcomed into your pets' lives and trusted to care for them. I understand they are part of the family so always treat them like they are part of mine. Our Small Paws family 💕🐾

Pet sitting 🐾

Recently had the pleasure of looking after this trio of gorgeous cats and their gecko friend. Spud, Poppy and Misty are full of personality, making each visit special by meeting me at my car when I arrived, following me around while I prepared their food and nudging me for attention. Seeing the gecko out and about was a real treat. I'll look forward to seeing them again 🐱💕🦎

Meet Poppy 🐾

This beautiful girl is an absolute pleasure to spend time with! Poppy is full of energy and loves our long walks along the river. I love watching her zoom along the bank, never going too far before she zooms straight back ❤️
