We had quite an extraordinary emergency last night that we thought we would share!

Our fantastic emergency team, Vet Sofie and Registered Veterinary Nurses Emily and Joanna, met our patient on arrival after they presented with a severe nosebleed.

An immediate X-ray revealed that they had somehow swallowed a whip (how? … we do not know!)

With excellent teamwork, RVN Emily was able to secure the whip and carefully retrieve it.
