Learn gentle, practical massage and stretching techniques you can continue using at home.

This four-hour workshop will be led by Alison from Canine Wellbeing. You will learn how to:

• Recognise muscular tension and stiffness
• Use gentle massage techniques at home
• Support comfort, mobility and relaxation
• Understand when massage is appropriate and when it should be avoided
