🔥☀️ HERE WE GO AGAIN.. ☀️🔥

This weeks temperatures are scorching again 🥵 between 28°-36°.

The salon is now air conditioned and we will be using heatless drying so some dogs may go home slightly damp (I’m sure they would appreciate it!).

We see it only right that we give you the chance to reschedule if you wish therefore, we will be sending messages to anyone who has an appt this week to ask if you wish to keep your appointment.

Bethanne, one of our lovely grooming assistants/stylist is taking part in a sponsored walk. If you could spare anything for a great cause, she’d be very grateful!

I’m taking part in a sponsored walk for Growing Hope — and I’d really appreciate any donations!

I volunteer with Growing Hope regularly, and I’ve seen first hand the difference they make to local children and families.

Many of the parents I meet arrive feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by waiting lists, bureaucracy, and the struggle to access support for their children. Then, just a few weeks later, I see those same parents full of joy and excitement as their children reach goals they once worried might never happen. Watching that transformation is genuinely heartwarming.

Growing Hope also means a lot to me personally. After university, it was difficult to find opportunities where I could put what I’d learned into practice. Therapy assistant roles are limited, and many charities simply didn’t have the capacity to take on volunteers. Growing Hope gave me the chance to contribute to something meaningful within my community, while continuing to grow my own skills and confidence.

I’m hoping to raise funds so they can continue supporting local families and remain a valuable part of the community.
