☎️ We’ve found a problem! 🤣
Earlier in the year we changed phone companies to ensure that when you call, it rings on our landline and mobile, so if our member of staff on reception has to leave the building, we can still answer! 👍🏼
This has been a LIFESAVER 🎉
However what we have noticed, is that if you call us, and we are already on the line with someone else, it still rings through to the other phone, and doesn’t let you know you will be in a queue / or that we are already on the phone 🙈 It sounds like we just aren’t answering 🫠
We are doing our best to rectify this issue, as we don’t want customers to think we are ignoring them! (We defiantly aren’t!!!) 😀 but sadly the staff aren’t octopuses being able to answer all calls at once 🐙
