A quick update on how orders will work moving forward.
To help me balance making your orders alongside other commitments, all items will now be handmade to order in weekly batches, with a standard lead time and estimated dispatch date.
I’m currently trying to fit making orders into a couple of hours in the evenings and every weekend, and as a one woman band it can be hard to manage. So, I’m moving to a batch-making schedule 1-2 days per week (so I don’t have to work every evening and weekend!) and dispatching all orders on Friday evenings.
A lot of this won’t even impact you as customers, and hopefully you won’t notice much of a difference! Swipe through to see our upcoming dispatch schedule, how it works, and key Christmas cut-off dates.
As always, if I’m ahead of my turnaround time with orders, or if I don’t need to wait for materials from suppliers, your orders are likely to arrive quicker than the stated turnaround times.
